Harvey M. Weiner
Dedicating his career to the hospitality field in general and the private club industry in particular, Harvey Weiner founded Search America to meet a need for professional, industry-specific, private club leadership advisory services.
In the years prior to founding Search America, Harvey earned his degree from Boston University with post graduate studies in finance and business law at Bentley University, worked his way from management trainee with restaurant and hotel companies to his eventual oversight of US operations, successfully expanding to over 150 fine-dining restaurants, cafes and clubs nationwide.
Harvey then founded, developed and served as Chief Operating Officer of a major hotel management startup, facilitating its quite favorable sale.
A popular speaker at club management events, Harvey has appeared on television and radio as a specialist in executive search, club governance and operations and has published numerous articles, columns and white papers on these issues.
As Managing Partner of Search America, Harvey has created and/or participated in over 2,500 consulting, search and speaking engagements in the private club world, including his well known club leadership workshops, board orientations, member focus groups and retreats. Harvey is responsible for the firmís premier standing and presence in the private club industry on four continents.
Having been a member of three clubs and director or chairman of more than a dozen boards, Harvey Weiner has a firsthand understanding of leadership and volunteer board dynamics.

Mark J. Weiner
Focusing his career exclusively on Private Club Executive Search and Consulting, Mark acquired operational skills in hospitality from entry to national executive level positions.
Subsequently, Mark spent several years with a top, international consulting firm. Achieving immediate success, Mark was acknowledged as the leader in retained executive search, placement retention and penetration of otherwise inaccessible C level talent-pools.
In 1998, Mark joined Search America as an associate. He brought out-of-the-box thinking and a career commitment to the firm's practice. Building success on success, Mark earned a principal role with the firm and, in April 2009, was named Partner.
Mark is respected for his expertise in recruiting and access to top C level club executives, identifying each client-club partner's mission and vision, matching candidate qualifications with client needs, managing the search process, analyzing club operations, best practices in club governance, reducing club management turnover, advising club leadership on human capital issues and creating high performance leadership teams.
Esteemed by his colleagues in the executive search industry, Mark has been consistently elected director and committee chairman of their professional associations.
Having published in trade magazines, Mark is often invited to speak on best practices within the private club and executive search fields.
